OceanWaveProperties.com was founded after our own extensive property searching in Spain over 3 years ago when we became increasingly frustrated with the so called “Estate agents” there.
All of whom were charging huge fees for selling property, in some cases up to 90,000 euro per house sale!
Upon further investigation we found this also to be the case in many euro-zone countries including Greece, Portugal, France, Italy and Bulgaria – I don’t know about you, but I feel strongly that these high levels of fees are unacceptable and unnecessary and decided to launch OceanWaveProperties.com, where it is possible for anyone to easily market their property on an “FSBO” (For Sale By Owner) basis for a one-off, low cost fee with NO commission.
